3. A person in 14th Century Japan who was part of the "working class" that utilized martial arts and common farming equipment to commit espionage.

There is a level of intrigue and fear in regards to ninjas, their abilities, their stealth and their weapons.  The ninja's use of martial arts and their ability to mold those skills for any situation, are the epitome of a true martial artist.  The only difference is that in KC Jones Martial Arts, we use our abilities for good and the betterment of mankind.

That being said, Ninjas and their weapons are cool!

Spring 2013 Nationals

Tae Kwon Do Spring 2013 National Tournament

Everyone come out and kick, jump, dodge, and punch your way to Gold!  The Spring 2013 National Tournament is as close it has been to our school in many years.  This is a great opportunity to showcase the skills you have learned in class and compete for Gold, Silver or Bronze against other schools and their students.  

You will be able to show off your Tae Kwon Do techniques for competitions such as E-CAS, Free Style, Ho-Am form, tournament-style sparring, board breaking, obstacle course, and many more.  All belt levels, ages, experience and skill levels are able to compete, and there are many opportunities to showcase your talents.  You can do one, a few or all of the competitions!

Come to class this week to gain some final tips, tricks and key information concerning the tournament.  We will be practicing all aspects of the tournament, which allow you to get ready against the best competition in the region.  

Go for the Gold! Leave with the experience of a lifetime!

TKD Buddy Night!

Come join us on our Buddy Night! This is open for all students ages 6 & up. Bring a friend to class! All former students can join us also and bring a friend! Anyone who went to the self defense seminar last week. This will give you the tools for the next step! So come join us and bring your friends! If you don't have a buddy to bring, its ok come join us anyways and make new friends!
