Board Breaking Clinic

Breaking boards, during Tae Kwon Do testing, allow for students to demonstrate all aspects of their training through actual results.  To effectively break a board, the student must have proper form, technique, tempo, strength, speed and accuracy.  To be a true martial artist, one should be able to break a board without causing injury to oneself (or to the board holder).

This special clinic is a great opportunity for anyone who has been having trouble with board breaking or is looking to take the next step in their journey and try a different technique or is about to advance to tougher board.  Even though you maybe breaking boards now, as you progress through the ranks the boards get harder and the techniques more complicated.

Students learn the details of how to really break their boards for testing.  This is a great opportunity, especially to take right before testing.

BONUS: Students will get the chance to break REAL WOODEN BOARDS!
